Day 43-44: A video and more

Day 43: (01.22.13)
So on this day, I forgot to take pictures again. I was gonna upload a video but a message popped up saying there was an error and the video can't be uploaded. Oh well....

Day 44: (01.23.13)
On this day, we went to visit my OB-GYN, Dr. Carmela Pettigrew. She said I was doing good and can resume normal activities. So that means, I can now seriously do some brisk walking/jogging. I need to lose at least 30 lbs! haha

Azie's different after bath looks :)

Thank You, Lord for my good health. Thank You for the accomplished tasks on this day. Amen.

Day 40-42: 3 Eventful Days

Day 40: (01.19.13)
We kind of had a late celebration for Azarie's 1month-day today. We went to the city and walked around the city market for awhile. Then we discovered our favorite pizza place so far, Hot & Delicious Pizza right across the Paula Deen restaurant. Their beef pepporini pizza is amazing! Yummy!

1 slice of pizza for 1month old Azarie ;)

By the way, which is a nicer nickname...Zari or Azie? Hmmmm....

Day 41: (01.20.13)
Today was really nice! First, we went to the beach and hang up our hammocks to relax and just enjoy the serenity in the midst of nature.

Then we went again to the nth time at Forsyth park and laid down our hammocks on the grass. We sat for about an hour just watching people, eating pizza (again), and taking pictures :) The weather was beautiful and people were taking advantage of it by hanging out at the park.

i've always imagined sitting on the grass at Forsyth Park and just people watching

a "dreamy" themed family portrait

just the 3 of us

Day 42: (01.21.13)
Today the image of Our Lady of Fatima is to be taken and transferred to another home. We were truly blessed during her stay at the home. I will be lifting up my family to her for her guidance and grace.

thank you so much Blessed Mother for your loving presence

Thank You, Lord for the experiences we had these past 3 days. Most of all thank You for giving us Your mother to be our mother, too. Amen.

Hmmm, no pictures again. Just probably enjoying my time with Azarie a lot!

Day 20: (12.30.12)
Another day at home and just getting ready for the new year ahead.

Baby Zari did a lot of sleeping like babies do ;)

Day 21 (12.31.12)
Baby Zari had a bath and I could not help but take lots of pics of her when she was sunbathing. She is also 3 weeks old today!

Day 22: (01.01.13)
We just spent a simple new year's day by having lunch at home and Babba blowing candles on his cake for his birthday. 2013 will be a year full of new things for us as we migrate to Canada. Three personal goals I have for this year is to have a healthy body, pass the CAOT exam on July 2013, and learn French. It will be a wonderfully exciting year ahead!

bringing out my study books :)

Thank You, Lord for the year that has passed. It had been a very wonderful year indeed! I am grateful that my loved ones are healthy, safe, and blessed. I am also grateful for the beautiful gift of our baby Zari. I pray that for the year ahead, You may continue to bless my family with good health, safety, and prosperity. Most especially, I pray that You will remain in our hearts always and guide us in all decisions that we make. In Jesus' name. Amen. :)
